Refunds

One-time payments and contributions. Refundable in full on request within 30 days, no questions asked.
Subscriptions. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. If you were charged for a period you didn't intend to use, write to us and we'll refund it.
A charge you don't recognise. Email us before contacting your bank. We can identify the payment and refund it the same day, which is faster than a dispute.
